Daybreak Youth Services is the innovative leader in the treatment of teen addiction and co-occurring mental health issues across Washington State. It is our mission to provide hope and safety to adolescents so they may reach their fullest potential.

We are currently recruiting internally for a Program Team Manager to work on our in our Spokane, WA inpatient treatment center for adolescent girls. This is a full time position offering competitive benefits and paid time off. 

Daybreak Youth Services’ Program Team Manager supervises lead milieu staff and functions as a liaison between all clinical departments. They are responsible for ongoing training and mentoring of milieu staff. In addition, the Program Team Manager will partner with the Clinical Leadership Team to ensure policies and procedures are followed and implemented in our treatment program. As a Program Team Manager, you will supervise Team Leads at assigned Daybreak location including but not limited to conducting supervisions, reviewing time sheets and time off requests, and providing mentorship and coaching, conduct on-the-job training and follow-up on Daybreak treatment methods and interventions outside of Academy Week; including but not limited to TF-CBT support and demonstrating techniques for early intervention to prevent emotional outbursts. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with all departments to communicate progress and challenges within our milieu staff. 

Compensation: $21.35 per hour
Education/Experience:BA or BS preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the employer. At least one year of supervisory experience required. Experience working with addiction and mental health issues in adolescent populations strongly preferred. 
Certificates/Licenses:  Driver’s License required with a driving record that meets agency driver criteria. The Program Team Manager might transport or drive clients in DYS vehicles.

No history of crimes against persons, as per RCW 43.43.830. Continued Employment will be based on the employee's Criminal Background Clearance by DLR/CPS. Drug screen and TB test are requirements of employment.
