We are currently recruiting for  Two (2) Team Leaders to work on our Swing Shift in our Spokane, WA inpatient treatment center for adolescent girls. This is a full time position offering competitive benefits and paid time off.  Swing shift schedule typically runs from 12:30pm to 10:30pm. 

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for instilling leadership and bringing supervision supervision to inspire confidence in Skills Coaches on assigned shifts to foster partnerships. You will be asked to oversee the orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of Skills Coaches on assigned shifts around the agency, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and the Skills Coaches meet the standard performance expectations. You will participate in program development, review and assessment.  It will be your responsibility to maintain the shift schedule and coordinate coverage for gaps in attendance as they arrive. You also are expected to attend and participate in department and company meetings. These are just a few highlights of the important role and duties that our Team Leads bring to Daybreak. Compensation: starting at $17.00 per hour, non-exempt.
Education/Experience: An Associates Art degree in human service field of study or a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Knowledge of the effects of substance abuse and adolescent development and thoroughly familiar and experienced with inpatient milieu and counseling is required.  Preferred experience in a Team Leader role or back-up Team Leader role. Must be a active employee of Daybreak Youth Services in good standing.
Certificates/Licenses:  Must have an active AAC credential
Shift:  Swing shift from 12:30pm to 10:30pm. 

No history of crimes against persons, as per RCW 43.43.830. Continued Employment will be based on the employee's Criminal Background Clearance by DLR/CPS. Drug screen and TB test are requirements of employment.
